EAGAN, MN, UNITED STATES, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Smart Data Solutions, a healthcare technology company delivering intelligent workflow automation designed to simplify complex healthcare operations through its unified AI-Native Platform, today announced Smart Horizons HealthTech Symposium 2027. taking place May 3-6, 2027, at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Under the theme Reimagine. Reignite. Rise. Smart Horizons will bring healthcare leaders together to challenge conventional thinking, explore what emerging technology makes possible and turn meaningful ideas into meaningful, practical progress.
Reimagine. Reignite. Rise
The 2027 symposium starts with a simple but powerful idea: when bold ideas meet people ready to act, possibility becomes progress. Smart Horizons is where Smart Data Solutions invites the industry to make it happen.
Reimagine what is possible by challenging assumptions and looking at healthcare’s most complex operational problems in new ways. Reignite the power of connection by bringing together leaders with different experiences, perspectives and ideas. Rise by turning inspiration into action, and creating smarter, more sustainable ways of working.
Marco Tempest: Where Imagination Meets Technology
This year’s keynote brings Reimagine to life.
Marco Tempest, cyber-illusionist and Director of Creative Technology and Innovation at ETH Zurich | Space, will present A Memory of the Future. A former Director's Fellow at the MIT Media Lab and Creative Technologist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Tempest blends 250 years of magic, psychology, engineering, and emerging technology into a live experience featuring flying robots, augmented reality, and sleight of hand.
His premise is both provocative and highly relevant for leaders navigating transformation: before we can build a different future, we have to imagine it.
Part performance and part technology demonstration, Tempest’s keynote will challenge attendees to think differently about innovation, leadership and how we make a vision for the future tangible enough for people to believe in it and help create it.
Step Inside the Smart Data Solutions Innovation Lab
Smart Horizons 2027 will also give attendees an exclusive look inside the Smart Data Solutions Innovation Lab.
On Monday, May 3, scheduled groups will travel from Talking Stick Resort to the Lab in Phoenix, where Smart Data Solutions develops, tests, and applies technologies including robotics, document intelligence, AI, and workflow automation against real healthcare operational challenges.
The Innovation Lab experience reflects a core belief at Smart Data Solutions: innovation matters most when it moves beyond the idea and changes how work actually gets done. Attendees will see emerging technology in action and explore how it can help remove friction, connect fragmented workflows, and create more intelligent healthcare operations.
Built for Healthcare Leaders Shaping What's Next
Smart Horizons is the annual Smart Data Solutions HealthTech Symposium, bringing together senior leaders working at the intersection of healthcare, operations, data, technology and experience.
It is intentionally designed to be more than a traditional conference. Smart Horizons creates space for leaders to challenge assumptions, exchange ideas, work through real problems and learn from peers tackling many of the same complexities.
"Smart Horizons is built for the people who live these challenges every day," said April Gill, Chief Commercial Officer at Smart Data Solutions. "We want people to bring the hard problems, challenge the way things have always been done and learn from one another. If attendees leave Scottsdale with a bigger sense of what’s possible, stronger connections and something they are ready to put into action, we will have done what we set out to do."
More than a Conference
The experience begins with a charity golf tournament and continues with collaborative workshops, thought-provoking sessions, networking, and opportunities to connect directly with technology partners and peers.
Set in the Sonoran Desert, Talking Stick Resort offers attendees the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, make meaningful connections and create space for a different kind of thinking.
The preliminary agenda is available now, with more speaker, sessions and experiences to be announced.
