National College Resources Foundation Launches 2026–2027 College Expo Season, Bringing Access to 21 Cities Nationwide!

Black College Expo™, Latino College Expo™ and Students Think S.T.E.A.M. Expo return with on-the-spot acceptances, scholarships and career pathways

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- National College Resources Foundation (NCRF) is kicking off its 2026–2027 College Expo season this week, opening with the 3rd Annual Fresno Latino College Expo™ on September 8th and continuing through 24 in-person events across the country through March 2027. The season brings NCRF's flagship Black College Expo™, Latino College Expo™ and Students Think S.T.E.A.M. Expo to students in California, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Texas, Washington, Florida and Georgia. The tour connects students and families directly with colleges and universities along with scholarship opportunities, while highlighting the rich history, culture and legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The Expos also raise awareness about internships and in-demand career opportunities.

At a time when educational funding has been cut and families are navigating the rising cost of education, including the evolving workforce and increasingly complex decisions about what comes after high school, NCRF’s College Expos are designed to put real opportunities directly within students’ reach. At every expo, students, parents, guardians and educators can meet face-to-face with representatives from 50 or more colleges and universities, with select institutions waiving application fees, extending on-the-spot acceptances and awarding scholarships . Each Expo also features seminars and workshops covering college readiness, financial aid, career pathways and workforce development, giving students and families a single day to move their post-secondary plans forward.

The season opens with three Latino College Expo™ stops – Fresno (September 8), Los Angeles (September 12) and Chicago (September 15) – arriving as Hispanic Heritage Month gets underway nationwide, before NCRF moves into a run of Black College Expo™ events across the country and the Students Think S.T.E.A.M. Expo in October.
